Trida AI is expanding its Forward Deployed Engineering bench for upcoming customer engagements. Engineers in this pool are first in line for client deployments as engagements start.

About the Role

Trida AI deploys Forward Deployed Engineers inside enterprise customer teams to design, build, and ship production AI systems — agents, retrieval, and data integrations — and to leave behind systems the customer can operate themselves. Success is production adoption and measurable workflow impact, not a demo. Travel to customer sites up to 30% may be required depending on the engagement.

What You'll Do

• Co-own a scoped workstream on a customer deployment (RAG pipeline, agent workflow, eval set, or integration) alongside a Senior FDE

• Ship production code from your first weeks, not prototypes

• Build and test LLM-powered features: retrieval, prompt/context design, tool use

• Create evaluation sets and run regression checks before releases

• Demo progress and document decisions for customer stakeholders weekly

• Complete the Trida Academy FDE certification path as part of your development

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years shipping software, or a strong portfolio/internship record showing the same

• Production Python, comfortable with APIs and cloud basics

• Understand LLMs, RAG and embeddings beyond tutorials, and can explain evaluation basics

• Communicate clearly in writing and with customer engineers
