Trida AI is expanding its Forward Deployed Engineering bench for upcoming customer engagements. Engineers in this pool are first in line for client deployments as engagements start.

About the Role

Trida AI deploys Forward Deployed Engineers inside enterprise customer teams to design, build, and ship production AI systems — agents, retrieval, and data integrations — and to leave behind systems the customer can operate themselves. Success is production adoption and measurable workflow impact, not a demo. Travel to customer sites up to 50% may be required depending on the engagement.

What You'll Do

• Lead technical delivery end to end across a customer engagement, often as the senior engineer in the pod

• Make scope, speed and quality trade-offs and own them with the customer

• Become productive in a new customer codebase and architecture in days

• Pair with customer engineers so capability stays after you roll off

• Mentor Associate and mid-level FDEs, review designs and code across the pod

• Turn one-off solutions into reference architectures and accelerators

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years shipping production software — systems in use, not prototypes only

• Depth in AI/ML or data-infrastructure deployment on AWS, Azure or GCP, with containers/Kubernetes

• Track record of leading delivery with enterprise stakeholders

• Consultant-grade communication: discovery, proposals and hard trade-off conversations
