Trida AI is expanding its Forward Deployed Engineering bench for upcoming customer engagements. Engineers in this pool are first in line for client deployments as engagements start.

About the Role

Trida AI deploys Forward Deployed Engineers inside enterprise customer teams to design, build, and ship production AI systems — agents, retrieval, and data integrations — and to leave behind systems the customer can operate themselves. Success is production adoption and measurable workflow impact, not a demo. Travel to customer sites up to 50% may be required depending on the engagement.

What You'll Do

• Own technical strategy for a key customer account or vertical across multiple workstreams

• Lead discovery and advisory work before builds start — shape what gets built and why

• Guide architecture and review designs, unblock other FDEs on the account

• Represent Trida AI to VP and C-level stakeholders

• Anticipate security, compliance and procurement gates and plan around them early

• Leave the customer able to operate and extend the systems you ship

What We're Looking For

• Senior customer-facing technical leadership — FDE, technical lead with consulting, or technical founder background

• Deep system design in complex, legacy enterprise environments

• A record of influencing senior stakeholders and winning trust in ambiguous, high-stakes work
