About the Role:

We are pleased to invite applications for the position of Forward Deployed AI Engineer. In this role, you will deliver our platform to financial services organizations, including asset and wealth management firms, NBFCs, fintech companies and payment providers. You will improve the performance, accuracy and scalability of AgentSQL and the TridaPad MCP Server, build domain-specific agents, including forecasting agents, and make sure every deployment meets the security, governance and regulatory standards of the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Services Solutions

• Build and tailor AI agents for financial analytics use cases, such as portfolio performance, revenue and profitability analysis, risk exposure, fraud detection and regulatory reporting

• Develop forecasting agents for revenue, cash flow, assets under management, transaction volumes and market trends

• Model financial data structures and business terminology in AgentSQL so that generated SQL and insights are accurate for each customer's domain

• Implement data access controls, audit trails and governance practices that meet financial services compliance requirements

Agent Engineering and Performance:

• Improve AgentSQL's response latency, SQL and insight accuracy, token efficiency and reliability under concurrent load

• Design and refine agent architectures in LangGraph, including planning, tool calling, state management, memory and multi-agent orchestration

• Build evaluation frameworks and benchmarks to measure agent quality and prevent regressions

• Apply optimization techniques such as prompt and context engineering, schema filtering, caching, streaming and model routing

• Implement tracing, logging and metrics to identify bottlenecks and failure modes

MCP Integration and AI Ecosystem:

• Expose the TridaPad MCP Server to leading AI platforms, including Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, Cursor and Windsurf

• Build secure remote MCP connectivity over Streamable HTTP, with OAuth and per-user API-key authentication

• Optimize MCP tool design, response payloads, throughput and error handling

• Package and publish the MCP Server through connector directories, MCP registries, Docker images and client setup guides

Deployment and Customer Delivery:

• Deploy and manage TridaPad, AgentSQL and the TridaPad MCP Server on Render using Docker and Render Blueprints

• Onboard customers by integrating data sources such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Snowflake, BigQuery and Databricks, and configuring role-based access control

• Enforce data security through SQL safety controls, row limits, query timeouts and access permissions

• Translate customer feedback into product improvements and maintain clear technical documentation

Required Qualifications:

• B.Tech, M.Tech or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or a related field

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in software, data or AI engineering

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL

• Hands-on experience building, deploying and optimizing AI agents in production

• Solid understanding of agent architectures, including tool calling, planning, memory and multi-agent orchestration

• Strong working knowledge of the Model Context Protocol (MCP), including server design, transports, authentication and AI client integration

• Experience building forecasting agents or applying time-series forecasting in AI or analytics applications

• Understanding of financial services data and metrics, such as portfolios, transactions, P&L, risk and regulatory reporting

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with customers and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, FastMCP or comparable frameworks

• Experience publishing MCP servers or connectors for AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini

• Experience with time-series forecasting tools such as Prophet or statsmodels

• Experience with LLM evaluation and observability tools such as LangSmith or Langfuse

• Familiarity with FastAPI, Flask, Redis, Docker and Render

• Exposure to Snowflake, BigQuery or Databricks

• Familiarity with financial regulations and standards, such as SEBI guidelines, the DPDP Act and PCI DSS

• Anthropic Claude Certification, such as Claude Certified Developer – Foundations, Claude Certified Architect – Foundations or Claude Certified Architect – Professional
